Working on some UI updates and game-states

I've been on a bit of a break from coding, but now I'm returning to getting back into the joys of making this C++ engine. 

What I've been working on still is the notification widget system. Nothing too fancy, just icons with text on their left. The goal will be to allow actions or links to be attached to them. 

I'm also working on updating themes so fonts can also be modified directly from the theme text file. This will help those with larger resolutions. who will like to view larger texts on the screen. 

Finally,

I will be working on getting the export process smooth so that your favorite IDEs can compile your projects for your native targets.
